As a NIDA Acting graduate, Sonia is passionate about applying techniques to assist business professionals overcome their shyness and present confidently. She creates a safe and nurturing environment so people can develop confidence and develop the stagecraft required to impact audiences with their message every time they communicate.

For over 10 years Sonia has helped clients cultivate vocal power and physical presence to convey self-assuredness. The learning is practical with tangible takeaways and techniques.

Cultivate breath and vocal control so the voice aligns to the message (e.g. reduce um's and ah's)
